Adrian Maverick
Co-founder & CEO
Adrian Maverick is the co-founder of Secria, dedicated to redefining email privacy in an era of mass data collection. With cybersecurity certifications and a lifelong passion for security, combined with a background in sales & marketing and a deep understanding of how digital platforms exploit user data, he saw the urgent need for a truly private and secure email service.
Filip Balik
Co-founder & COO
Filip Balik is the co-founder of Secria, where operational leadership meets deep technical roots. A data scientist and cybersecurity engineer specializing in post-quantum cryptography, Filip knows that building for the future means anticipating threats that don't fully exist yet, and making sure Secria is already ready for them.

Unai Garcia Aguirre
Founding Engineer
Unai is a full-stack software engineer with a background in cybersecurity, leading engineering and security architecture at Secria. He believes privacy shouldn't be a luxury or a tradeoff, and that the next generation of systems need to be built on cryptography strong enough to outlast the threats we don't yet see.
Sribalaji Senthilkumar
Founding Engineer
Sribalaji is a founding engineer at Secria, working across the apps and the infrastructure they run on. He holds a master's in cybersecurity from George Washington University, and the habit that comes with it, asking what an attacker would try first, shapes everything he builds here.
Julius Young
Founding Head of Growth
Julius started a marketing agency at 17 and has been building ever since. At 18 he launched a top-ranking podcast, and by 21 he was driving growth for a private jet charter business. He now leads growth at Secria, bringing post-quantum privacy to the people who need it.

Andres is Chief of Growth at LoopStudio, the Montevideo product studio that builds and scales software for early-stage startups. He works with Secria on go-to-market: who the product is for, how we reach them, and how a privacy company grows without quietly trading away the privacy.
Faisal Misle
Technical Advisor, Email
Faisal is a technical lead at Red Sift and spent years as a lead email technician at Rackspace before that. Email authentication, deliverability and the many ways both get abused are his specialty, and he keeps us honest about how Secria mail actually behaves once it leaves our servers.
Mark Stalzer
Security & User Experience Advisor
Mark comes to us with experience as a General Manager at AWS. He now leads product and engineering at Leibniz AI, and advises Secria on security and user experience. Advanced security is only as good as the number of people willing to use it, and that is the balance he helps us hold as the product grows.
