Questions
Nordic Tech Week 2026 runs from Monday 7 to Friday 11 September 2026 in Stockholm. It is a city-wide week rather than a single conference, so events are spread across venues all over the city rather than one hall.
Yes. The organisers require every event in the official calendar to be free to attend, with no tickets and no paywalls. The two open-air days at Kungsträdgården are open to anyone in the city with no registration at all.
Usually yes, and often in advance. Of the 43 events listed right now, 23 ask the host to approve your place rather than admitting everyone who signs up. Each event handles its own registration on its Luma page, so you register per event, not once for the week.
Yes. 3 of the 43 currently listed events are full or have closed registration, and several more are close to capacity. This page shows the remaining places on each event, read straight from the organisers' calendar, so you can see what is still worth applying to.
Across 23 venues, almost all in central Stockholm and walkable from each other. The busiest are King's Garden, Celonis Sweden, Epicenter and Volvo Studio Stockholm. The map on this page plots every venue that has published an address.
43 events are on the official calendar at the moment. The organisers expect more than 300 by the time the week starts, so this page is rebuilt every morning as new events are approved.
Yes, and it is free to apply. You create a Luma page for your event, keep it free to attend, add Nordic Tech Week as a manager, and send the link to the organisers. Submissions close on 31 August 2026, and events listed earlier get more visibility in the official programme.
We build encrypted email and a post-quantum VPN in Europe. We made this because we are going to Nordic Tech Week and wanted a schedule that told us what was still open.
Not affiliated with or endorsed by Nordic Tech Week. Event data comes from the organisers' public Luma calendar and links back to it — register there, not here. Capacity and approval status are read straight from the feed and can change hourly. Last refreshed 16 August 2026, 21:53 CEST. 43 events, 62 hosts, 23 venues.
